Quite simply, the service provided by David and Lite at Sunshine Coast Printer Specialists was brilliant. Our rather ancient HP laser printer, a great workhorse over many years, stopped working and fortunately my search for a repair service led me SCPS. I was dubious whether the printer, which we had brought back to Australia from the USA and had run efficiently on a transformer for years, could be repaired. David was confident it could and gave me a quote. Older machines, it seems, can be temperamental and for various technical reasons this printer came up with a series of annoying issues after the principal repair was completed. Without going into all the detail suffice to say David and Lite persevered and the machine is now working as well as it ever has. The original quoted price was honoured even though several additional components were required apart from the extra time involved. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine Coast Printer Specialists. Also, I have a philosophy about “supporting your local sheriff”: that is, using the services of smaller, local businesses where possible and practical. In this case, that philosophy was well and truly justified.
